Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings and Payments

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment is required 7 days before the arrival date.

We reserve the right to charge in full for the booked period, even if the cat is collected early.
2. Vaccinations and Health

All cats must be fully vaccinated with proof provided on or before arrival.

Cats must be in good health. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of illness on arrival.

If your cat requires medication, please inform us in advance. We will administer medication at no extra charge, provided instructions are clear and medication is prescribed by a veterinarian.

All cats must be up to date with flea and worming treatments. We may apply treatment at your cost if there is evidence of infestation.
3. Veterinary Care

In the event of illness or injury, we will contact you immediately. We have a local vet that is available for all cats within our care.

If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact, we will act in your cat’s best interests in consultation with a qualified veterinarian.

Any vet fees incurred during your cat’s stay will be your responsibility and must be paid in full.
4. Feeding and Care

You must bring enough of your cat’s food to last them the duration of the stay.

Cats from different households are never mixed.
5. Belongings

You are welcome to bring your cat’s bedding or toys, but we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged.

We provide clean bedding, litter, and toys as standard.
6. Drop-off and Collection

Drop-off and collection are strictly by appointment only, during our opening hours.

Late collections may incur an additional charge.

If you are unable to collect your cat on the agreed date, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional boarding fees may apply.
7. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
